  Horrible service! This company has been delivering donuts two our company. Has never delivered to second site. Call several times to correct the problem, as recently as of yesterday and still no donuts. To top it off the person who I spoke with had an attitude and could have cared less!

  Poor rating only because they're a wholesaler not a retailer. I stopped by hoping to get a bagel but instead only got to see them making 100s of racks of bagels and confused looks on the workers faces.

  I saw that the company delivers to a business I frequent so I called the Bagel Bagel themselves to obtain nutrition information. A young male answered the phone with an attitude. I asked for their Nutrition Information his exact response "Why do you need that?" I said "you deliver to a cafe I use and I would like to know the information for personal reasons" he said "What you mean like calories and stuff?" I said "Yes, calories and other nutrition information" He said "I dont know why you need that unless you want to use us. I can have my older brother call you if you leave your phone number" I asked "Why your older brother who is he to call me back?" he said "This is a family owned company and I dont think we need to be giving out that information" I said "Thanks anyway I dont need your information bye"....seriously? In this day in age how hard is it to ask "Okay what item do you need info on?" everyone this day is concerned with calories and fat intake SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY!
